PicSeal for Google Workspace Marketplace

Hide only the sensitive parts of Google Drive™ documents.

Open PDF, DOCX, and HWP/HWPX files selected by the user in Google Drive™, then protect only the personal information, sensitive text, and images that need to be hidden.

What the app does

Process selected files only

PicSeal opens only the files explicitly selected by the user in Google Drive™. It does not scan the entire Drive.

Let AI suggest and users decide

AI classifies the document and suggests sensitive areas. The user reviews and chooses the final sealing targets.

Separate archival and distribution use

Reopen supported archival documents for editing, or apply viewing conditions and records to distributed copies.

Keep format-specific outputs

PDF stays PDF and DOCX stays DOCX. HWP and HWPX inputs are saved as HWPX without changing the original HWP file.

Google Drive™ flow

  1. Select a supported document or image in Google Drive™ and open it with PicSeal.
  2. Review the sensitive areas suggested by the built-in filter and AI-assisted inspection.
  3. Choose what to protect and what to leave visible.
  4. Seal the selected text and images for archival or distribution use.
  5. Download the protected result or save it to Google Drive™ in an approved workflow.
  6. After authorization, view or restore supported content and review access records.

Permissions and data use

Selected files only

PicSeal does not scan the user's entire Google Drive™ in the Drive workflow.

No hidden file changes

PicSeal does not move, delete, or overwrite original Drive files without a user-approved workflow or automation setting.

No advertising use

Google API data is not used for advertising or interest-based targeting.

No generalized AI training

Google Drive™ file content is not used to train generalized or non-personalized AI models.
