When a user connects Google Drive™ or uses Google API features, PicSeal uses Google user data only to provide user-facing PicSeal features selected or enabled by the user, including Drive connection, file inspection, Drive automation, protected PDF generation, classification, quarantine, archive, preservation, and saving results to user-selected Drive folders.

PicSeal does not sell Google user data and does not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data to third parties for advertising, marketing, profiling, or unrelated purposes. Service providers may process Google user data only when necessary to operate PicSeal on PicSeal's behalf, such as hosting, security, storage, logging, infrastructure, support, or error analysis. PicSeal may disclose Google user data only when required by law, legal process, security incident response, or to protect the rights, safety, or integrity of PicSeal, users, or the service.

PicSeal does not use Google Drive™ file content or Google user data to train generalized AI or machine learning models. PicSeal's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
